Building A Safe Place
Increased awareness, interaction, knowledge - access to products that really do work and most importantly access to people who understand menopause - who care, and have the ability to positively change a negative experience into a journey of positivity.
Menopause Mindset was born from my ignorance as a man. When my wife of 35 years came home & said she was menopausal. I knew I had to educate myself, and gather more knowledge - I was horrified by what I discovered !"
Laurence Finn, Co-Founders
Our Story
You are in good hands, the Founders have a wealth of knowledge and have previously built and successfully exited a number of businesses.

Laurence Finn built three businesses in different sectors (two in England and one in South Africa). Family owned and operated businesses. All three businesses enjoyed huge national media and one business received international recognition. All three of these businesses were grown from simple ideas, then built over a number of years through to successful exits.
The other two Founders, namely Sarah Lindsay and Sarah Heywood bring a wealth of knowledge. Sarah Lindsay owns a highly successful creative agency in London, boasting some very high profile clients.
Sarah Heywood is a fighter a woman who has faced hardship, fought back against unbelievable odds, and chronic illness. She is a trained mentor and coach - a women who has lived through menopause, and today helps other woman struggling with anxiety, stress and/or depression.

Citing menopause symptoms and a lack of employer knowledge pertaining to menopause as the reason !
Our Mission
Families are being torn apart, and more women are committing suicide. Losing the ability to work can severely impact a person. If a woman is unable to sleep, wakes up drenched in sweat due to overheating, and experiences severe mood swings from hormonal changes, the pressures at home from children or a partner can become overwhelming. Trying to live a normal life and commute to work under these conditions is incredibly challenging.
Men and women alike have not been adequately educated about menopause, leading to a lack of understanding about what women experience during this phase. As a result, workplaces are often unprepared to support menopausal women.
We need to help these women who are suffering from anxiety, stress, and depression caused by menopause. Educating employers about menopause is crucial to fostering a supportive work environment for affected women.
